OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE Leads team that ensures uninterrupted delivery of Safe, Sustainable, Resilient, Reliable, Compliant Plant Utilities (GMP and non-GMP) and Infrastructure to the manufacturing plant Support Global Sustainability Program objectives through the development of long range carbon/energy/water/waste reduction plans and deliver project portfolio of engineering solutions to meet the Site’s Environmental Sustainability goals and objectives ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for all black utility functions in the Plant: Utilities operations, Utilities Maintenance, Sustainability Engineering and Plant Engineering Accountable owner of site carbon project portfolio and long-range plan (MRP) in partnership with the Site EHS Sustainability Lead Monitor and report the Site’s carbon, energy, and water consumptions, identify trends and measure the effectiveness of sustainability engineering projects Leads, develops, and trains high performing utilities & facilities function and staff Member of the site engineering leadership team Owner for site utilities and facilities operations and maintenance budget and long-term asset management plan Primary site point-of-contact for internal and external carbon assessments Delivers site carbon operating mechanisms, goals/KPIs, and communication plan DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS Interaction EHS Sustainability Lead, Utilities/Facilities Operations, Plant Engineering, Automation, Contractors, Consultants, CAPS Community of Practice

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE Deliver optimal designs, operating procedures and maintenance programs for GMP and non-GMP Plant Utilities Systems / Critical Systems / Site Infrastructure Systems Maintain accurate, consice, effective, up to date operating procedures and maintenance plans for Plant Utilities Systems / Critical Systems / Site Infrastructure Systems Drive continuous improvements through defect elimination in System Design, Operations and Maintenance program and processes Support Sustainability initiatives related to Plant Utilities Systems (e.g. energy, water, waste reduction) ACCOUNTABILITIES Acting as a Plant Engineer in the Engineering workstream of the project and being the project point of contact with the engineering company for utilities (black and clean) and sustainability related activities. In detail, He/she will: Report to the Engineering Manager. Develop and maintain utility concepts and engineering scope based on the approved budget and schedule. Ensure that all utility systems meet regulatory requirements, client specifications, and industry standards and defines the user requirements. Collaborate with other project disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions. Guide and coordinate with the external design company on the procurement strategy and procurement packages definition related to its discipline. Review and approve design documents and concepts. Conduct gate keeping reviews. Review and approve contractor submittals. Manage the resolution of technical issues.

- 工場基幹ユーティリティ設備の基本計画、技術検討、将来計画を立案すると共に、工事実施に際して設計、取引先への製作指示、コミッショニングを行うことで設備導入を図る。 - 上記の生産設備を設置する建物ならびに建物設備の企画、立案、設計、取引先への製作指示、コミッショニング、クオリフィケーションを行い、建設プロジェクトを実施する。 - ステークホルダから要件をヒアリングの上で生産設備、用役設備のフィージビリティスタディ、コンセプトデザインの検討を行い、設備計画を取りまとめる。 - 生産設備や用役設備の中長期的な計画を策定・管理を行うことでサイト戦略を立案する。 - 品質保証に関する業務を理解して必要なドキュメントの作成、レビューを行う。

職務内容 １．グローバルチーム及びサイトチームと連携し、電子バリデーションシステム（Kneat）の日々の運用・保守と継続的な改善を推進する。また、マイナーなソフトウェア変更作業、変更管理の作成、レビュー、および承認を行う。 ２．サイトおよびグローバル・プロジェクトに、エンジニアリング・コンプライアンスと電子バリデーションシステムにおける広範な知識とリーダーシップを提供する。 このポジションは、エンジニアリング・コンプライアンスに関して下記を保証する。 ・関連法規制要件、業界標準及び社内基準に対するコンプライアンス ・バリデーション活動に対する査察準備と実行 ・バリデーション担当者のトレーニング ・エンジニアリングサービス関連の活動に関連するRCA（Root Cause Analysis）/CAPA（Corrective Action & Preventive Action）のサポート ・バリデーションドキュメント管理のサポート ・品質/バリデーションカウンシルで提示される指標管理（バリデーションメンテナンスなど） 仕事のやりがい ・GMP環境下で実施するバリデーション文書作成、承認及び保管、並びにデータを記録するための標準ソフトウェアである電子バリデーションシステム（Kneat）のスキル、また深い知識及び経験を獲得できる。 ・獲得した電子バリデーションシステム（Kneat）の知識、経験を活かして、バリデーション活動で活躍することができる。 ・バリデーションに関連したコンプライアンス活動をリードすることで、成田工場及びGMP及びコンプライアンスの向上に貢献できる。
