治験DMにてEDCのセットアップから解析用データセットの作成までをご担当いただきます。 特に対顧客の窓口としての対応を期待しており、実績に応じて実務指導もお願いする予定です。

Responsible for development and maintenance of Data Management documents on assigned projects Represent Data Management for assigned projects in external audits (Sponsor or PMDA) Oversee Data Management procedures on assigned projects Line manage a team of Data Managers and/or Data Coordinators Coordinate overall data management by serving as primary contact for the sponsor, external data providers, and all project team members Troubleshoot and provide logical solutions to Data Management issues that arise during course of trial Maintain effective communication with senior management so that they are aware at all times of critical issues confronting the projects and the action plans that have been put in place to address those critical issues Serve as a program data management lead on multiple clinical trials

MDM担当者は、組織のデータ資産の品質、一貫性、正確性を保証するマスターデータ管理（MDM）システムのアーキテクチャ、構成、統合、ガバナンスを監督する責任を担います。MDM担当者は、ビジネス関係者、データアナリスト、データエンジニア、ITチームと密接に協力し、データ標準、ポリシー、手順を定義し、実装します。MDM担当者はまた、MDMシステムのパフォーマンス、可用性、セキュリティを監視・報告し、エンドユーザーやデータ利用者にガイダンスやサポートを提供します。 The Master Data Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the architecture, configuration, integration, and governance of a master data management (MDM) system that ensures the quality, consistency, and accuracy of the organization's data assets. The MDM Lead works closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, data engineers, and IT teams to define and implement data standards, policies, and procedures. The MDM Lead also monitors and reports on the performance, availability, and security of the MDM system, and provides guidance and support to end-users and data consumers. MDMシステムの設計、開発、テスト、導入、および保守を主導し、ジャパン全体のビジネス要件およびベストプラクティスとの整合性を確保する。 MDMシステムの設定、統合、データ品質プロセスを管理し、データの正確性、完全性、適時性を確保する。 データガバナンスポリシー、標準、ルールを策定・実施し、データプライバシーおよびセキュリティ規制の遵守を確保する。 ビジネス関係者、データアナリスト、データエンジニア、ITチームと協力し、データのニーズ、問題、機会を理解し文書化する。 MDMデータへのアクセス方法、利用方法、解釈方法について、エンドユーザーやデータ利用者にトレーニング、ガイダンス、サポートを提供する。 MDMシステムのパフォーマンス、可用性、セキュリティを分析・報告し、問題やリスクを特定して解決する。 MDM領域における新しい技術、ツール、トレンドを調査・評価し、MDMシステムの改善・強化を提案する。 Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the MDM system, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices for whole of Japan. Manage the MDM system configuration, integration, and data quality processes, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and rules, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, data engineers, and IT teams to understand and document data needs, issues, and opportunities. Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users and data consumers on how to access, use, and interpret the MDM data. Analyze and report on the MDM system performance, availability, and security, and identify and resolve any issues or risks. Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and trends in the MDM domain, and recommend improvements and enhancements to the MDM system.
