【Required Skills, Competencies】 *Required To be able to provide the following abilities with superior’s advice: – Basic knowledge to understand scientific data – Motivation for learning responsible disease areas – The ability to understand and execute medical strategies – The ability to explain complicated information precisely and simply – Communication skills – Cooperativeness as a team member *Preferred – Basic, clinical, epidemiologic knowledge in responsible disease areas 【Job Experience】 – Work experiences in medical company or academia for over 2 years 【Qualification】 *Required MD, Pharmacist, PharmD, or PhD in life-science area (Master’s degree in life-science area is required at least) 【Comments】 Variety of skills/competency are required as a medical science liaison so if the candidate does not have any prior MSL experience, there is still considerable depends on his/her competency and previous work experiences. |
